Roger  Hellström,   Partner

Before Roger Hellström began his employment with Fylgia he worked for several years as a company lawyer at Informix Software and TietoEnator. His duties covered all types of legal issues that arose in the companies but, in particular, those related to IT law and industrial and intellectual property law. His work included the drafting and reviewing of different types of IT agreements, e.g. license, system delivery, consultancy operations and outsourcing issues. As a company lawyer, Roger has worked extensively with IT law, industrial and intellectual property law, and company law, both from a national and international perspective. Roger is responsible for the IT/IP group at Fylgia. Roger Hellström is also the law firms contact person for the Ecomlex network.
