Mats Lilliecrona's extensive experience has been gained in courts of law and whilst working with legislative issues in the Swedish government offices. For the last 20 years he has worked at a number of law firms, and has been a partner at Fylgia since 2000. Mats is often involved in Swedish and international mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring. He also works as an advisor to companies concerning ongoing legal issues. Mats is a board member of several companies, foundations and other organisations.
