Fylgia has one of the largest insolvency departments in Sweden. There are thirteen bankruptcy administrators, seven lawyers as well as approximately ten employees who take care of the administrative aspects of bankruptcies. Fylgia has dealt with many large and complicated bankruptcies in recent years.
The lawyers at the insolvency department also act as administrators in reconstructions and as liquidators in liquidations on behalf of the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
