ADMINISTRATIVE LITIGATION

Disputes between individuals and public authorities are becoming increasingly common. If you appeal against a decision from a central or local government authority, the case will be considered at the county administrative court, the general administrative court of first instance. The judgment of the county administrative court can then appealed against to the administrative court of appeal. The final instance is the Supreme Administrative Court, which only considers cases which may be important for establishing precedents.

We have long experience, in particular of disputes between companies and authorities concerning, for example, taxes, procurement decisions, building permits and other licensing decisions.
