Lawyers from Fylgia co-authors to the 2017 edition of “Getting the Deal Through – Advertising & Marketing”

Members of Fylgia’s IT/IP Group, and namely Katarina Lindgren, Mathilda Nordmark and Nejra Poljo, have contributed the Swedish Chapter to the 2017 edition of “Getting the Deal Through – Advertising & Marketing”.

The chapter provides an overview of the Swedish legislation and regulation of advertising and marketing. Subjects covered include: the regulation of misleading advertising, prohibited and controlled advertising placed on certain type of goods and services and to certain audiences, regulations affecting direct and indirect marketing and promotion, up-to-date analysis of social media and the latest advertising trends.
