Anders  Aspegren,   Partner

Anders Aspegren started at Fylgia in 1988. He became a partner in 1993 and became licensed to work as an administrator in bankruptcies and liquidations in the same year. Since then, Anders has been involved extensively in serving as legal advisor to, or administrator of, insolvent companies. Examples of notable cases are LP-Stiftelsen, the Celltribe group, Gullivers Resebureau AB and Aer Olympic AB. Anders has also been a legal advisor in court cases, and since the mid 90s he has assisted in M&As and private equity matters.
