Ulf Hökeberg started with Falk Advokatbyrå in 1999 which firm had many clients in the hotel and restaurant business. As a consequence Ulf dealt with many cases concerning tenancy law and contract law as well as different forms of licences, primarily for gaming and alcohol. His experience within the restaurant business has developed into matters relating to music law. Ulf also has a specific interest in litigation and handles all kinds of court cases.Since the mid-1990s, Ulf has increas-ingly been dealing with cases related to public procure-ment, primarily on the supplier side. In recent years Ulf has also acted as an advisor and representative for purchasers where his experience within administration law and litigation is particularly valuable.
