Tomas K. Nordberg has more than 30 years experience in company law in a wide range of areas including, albeit not limited to, contract and procurement, company law, property law, board and committee level work in both the private and public sectors, negotiation and settlement, court and arbitration representation, and litigation in a range of areas. Tomas has also been working more with procurement issues according to LOU and has assisted his clients both with inquiry regulations, tender processes and scrutinies from county courts and the administrative court of appeal.
