Bo  Söder,   Partner

Bo Söder has practised with the firm since the end of 1996. Since starting at Fylgia, Bo has worked primarily with issues concerning insolvency law comprising advice on insolvency issues, administration in bankruptcy, liquidations and company reconstructions. He has considerable experience of litigation. Prior to working at Fylgia, Bo worked within the same field at Konstruktur i Sverige AB for a number of years.
