Åsa Thorell Hejdenberg began her employment with the law firm Falks in 1985. Since then Åsa has worked in general commercial law with small and medium sized companies in a range of industries. Åsa has specialist experience working within the hotel, restaurant, theatre and leisure sector.

In addition to giving day-to-day business advice, her assignments include assisting with company acquisitions, agreement negotiations and drawing up agreements concerning rent, franchises, shareholder agreements and collaboration agreements, dealing with certain industrial and intellectual property issues, disputes and questions concerning company law and agreement rights in general. Since this assistance usually concerns owner-managed companies, matters related to transfers within families also arise.
