Dimitrij  Titov,   Partner

Dimitrij Titov has practised law since 1988 and has been at Fylgia since 1991. Dimitrij’s area of activities are primarily assisting national and international companies in company issues, agreement negotiations and company acquisitions but also dispute cases. Dimitrij’s experience in company law has meant he has accepted board assignments on behalf of clients. This adds a business dynamic to Dimitrij’s activities. In this context Dimitrij’s extensive experience in insolvency law and as an administrator in bankruptcy is a valuable asset. Dimitij is chairman of the Italian Chambers of Commerce in Sweden. In January 2011 Dimitrij was awarded the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity for his efforts for Italy abroad, by the Italian Embassy in Sweden.
