Main Capital acquires a majority stake in Björn Lundén

Fylgia has advised the founders at Main Capital’s acquisition of a majority stake in Björn Lundén.

The knowledge- and software company Björn Lundén AB is broadening the ownership through Main Capital, that has acquired a majority stake in the company. Björn Lundén is one of the leading players offering financial software for SME and accountancy customers in the Swedish market. With a team of 120 employees headquartered in Hudiksvall, Sweden, the company serves over 30,000 customers with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions. The three previous owners Ulf Bokelund Svensson, Henry Arousell and Christer Stenis will remain owners.
