For many years, I have worked with insolvency issues, primarily receivership, but also with the winding-up of companies, by i.a. liquidation. I also give advice to companies that have got into financial difficulties, and to clients and suppliers to companies in crisis, or to those who have claims on such companies.
After court practice, etc., I started out in 1970 as assistant lawyer at the law firm Vinge, where I became a member of the Swedish Bar Association and thereafter a partner. In 2005, I joined Setterwalls in Stockholm. Over all these years, I have worked with insolvency issues in a broad sense. I often get appointed official receiver. I have handled a very large number of bankruptcies, both large and small. I dare to claim that I have particularly broad experience in this field. This specialisation has also entailed giving advice to companies in difficulties and to various counterparties of companies in crisis, such as customers, lenders, suppliers and other creditors. I have also worked largely with other winding-up of companies, primarily through liquidation. I am also very experienced at reviewing and drawing up commercial contracts.
