Philippe Benalal is specialised in commercial dispute resolution and acts as counsel in court proceedings, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Philippe has experience from a broad range of business sectors and areas of law, including contract law, real estate and construction law, insurance law, corporate law and insolvency law.
Philippe is appointed arbitrator. He also regularly lectures on litigation and arbitration.
Philippe’s previous experience includes working during many years for the Swedish court system as a judge in the District Court and the Court of Appeal. Philippe has for more than four years been a Judge (rådman) in a District Court in the Stockholm area. He also has legislative work experience from the civil law area.
