Fylgia advised the founders in the sale of Sourcing Network to ProData Consult

Sourcing Network – the fastest-growing provider of tech and management consultants in the Swedish market – has entered into a strategic partnership with ProData Consult, which is Denmark’s leading independent consultancy with activities in Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland. As part of the partnership, ProData Consult acquires a majority shareholding in Sourcing Network, whose owners simultaneously join ProData Consult’s ownership circle.
