Fylgia advised Visma in the acquisition of Bokio

Visma has entered into a share purchase agreement with the founders and others to acquire all the shares in Bokio. Bokio is a Gothenburg based software and fintech company offering automated and AI-driven accounting software to SME’s and self-employed with customers in Sweden and the UK.

Fylgia’s team was led by Mattias Larsson (partner, Head of M&A).
