Fylgia has advised PCTEL, Inc. in the acquisition of Smarteq Wireless

PCTEL, Inc., a leading global provider of wireless technology, including purpose-built Industrial IoT devices, antenna systems, and test and measurement solutions, with headquarter outside Chicago, Illinois, has acquired Smarteq Wireless AB, a leading European supplier of antennas for vehicular, energy and Industrial IoT applications. PCTEL acquired Smarteq from Allgon AB.

Fylgia’s team consisted of Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A), Martin Gynnerstedt, Anneli Lönnborg, Filip Åhsberger, Christopher Jakobsson, Tobias Hedlin and Linda Mazaheri.
