Fylgia has advised Sustainalytics at the acquisition of GES International AB

Sustainalytics, a global leader in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and corporate governance research, ratings and analytics, has acquired GES International AB, a leading global provider of engagement, screening and fiduciary voting services to institutional investors.

Fylgia’s team was led by Mattias Larsson and also included Martin Gynnerstedt, Ulf Andersen, Eddie Exelin and Filip Åhsberger.
