Fylgia has, in its capacity as Swedish local counsel, advised Visma at the sale of its retail software units

Visma has divested its retail software units to the US private equity firm STG, in order for Visma to increase the focus on developing as a pure SaaS provider. The divested six entities are Visma Retail AB, Abalon AB, NYCE Solutions AB, Visma Retail AS, Visma Retail Software AS, and Wallmob A/S.

Visma was advised by Fylgia’s partner Mattias Larsson and the associates Eddie Exelin and Nicole Sygut.
