Restitution for lost time related to recovery in a binding default judgement
In a somewhat unusual decision, on 18 May 2015 the Supreme Court granted Fylgia’s client, an internet casino company, restitution for lost time related to recovery in a binding default judgement. The default judgement was given by Malmö’s District Court and the Supreme Court has now decided that the company had not had received anything before the recovery respite period expired.
The case in the Malmö District Court will now be brought up again.
