Fylgia has advised the founder in the sale of Nordisk VVS-Teknik to Storskogen

Nordisk VVS-Teknik AB is an established and leading HVAC company in Stockholm that was founded around 20 years ago. The company has an annual turnover of around SEK 110 million and has around 40 employees. Also Bayswater M&A Advisory (corporate) and Elite Accounting Sverige (finance, tax and accounting) were advisors to the founder in the transaction.
