Fylgia represented Scandinavian Astor Group (publ) in acquiring Airsafe Sweden AB

Fylgia has represented Scandinavian Astor Group (publ) (“Astor Group” or “the Company”) in the acquisition of all shares in Airsafe Sweden AB (“Airsafe”).

On April 9, 2024, Scandinavian Astor Group entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Airsafe Sweden AB with the support of Fylgia. Astor Group is a leading provider of a wide range of products, services, and technical solutions in the areas of civil security, military defense, and industrial products.

Through the acquisition of Airsafe Sweden AB, Astor Group strengthens its capacity in the design, production, and sale of military and civil aviation equipment. This includes an expansion into adjacent segments such as training and ammunition.
