Fylgia has appointed a new board. Josefin Müntzing Alm and Anneli Lönnborg have been re-elected, and Jakob Callmander has been elected as a new member. Anneli Lönnborg has also been chosen as the new chairperson of the board.
At Fylgia’s shareholders’ meeting on April 9, 2024, Jakob Callmander, Josefin Müntzing Alm, and Anneli Lönnborg were elected as board members. Anneli Lönnborg was appointed by the meeting as the chairperson of the board.
— It is with equal humility and commitment that I take on the role of chairperson of the board for Fylgia. The board’s focus for the coming year will be on strategy and the future. Work is already well underway, and I feel confident that the elected board members complement each other both personally and in terms of experience, says Anneli Lönnborg, chairperson of the board at Fylgia.
With the newly formed board, Fylgia will continue to strengthen its position as one of the leading business law firms in Sweden.
— In 2023, Fylgia grew by almost 10%, surpassing our own growth target. The positive development demonstrates that Fylgia’s position is strong in the rapidly changing legal services market. I look forward to addressing challenges related to AI, macroeconomic changes, etc., together with the new board. Through Jakob’s, Anneli’s, and Josefin’s leadership and commitment, I am confident that we will continue to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality services to our clients, says Fredrik Winroth, Managing Partner at Fylgia.
