Fylgia has advised the seller at the sale of Byggarnas Partner to Kesko

The building and home improvement company Byggarnas Partner Sverige AB, will become part of the chain K-Bygg, owned by Kesko AB. Byggarnas Partner was founded in 1999 and has five stores in the Stockholm area; Segeltorp, Tullinge, Sorunda, Vaxholm och Vallentuna. The company employs around 40 people and its net sales in 2020 totalled approximately €18.2 million. Fylgia was advisor to the seller Södra Stockholmsgruppen AB.

Fylgia’s team was headed by partner Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A) also included partner Jakob Callmander and associate Jesper Linder.
