Reduced Inequalities

Just as with our efforts to create a gender-equal workplace, reducing inequality is essential for maintaining our competitiveness. We have also implemented internal procedures to address equality, discrimination, and workplace harassment. To gain insight into our employees’ perspectives, we conduct regular workplace surveys to evaluate and improve the working environment.
