Sustainability
Lawyers hold a unique position compared to other advisors. The role of a lawyer extends beyond representing clients in individual matters; it also involves a societal responsibility for current and future generations. In addition to serving our clients' interests, we must ensure that we conduct our work sustainably and act as a positive force for societal development at large. Our sustainability efforts focus on the areas where we, as a business law firm, see the greatest opportunity to positively impact our surroundings. This includes leveraging our expertise and resources for charitable purposes, such as pro bono work and sponsoring organizations dedicated to creating a more sustainable society. In our strategic sustainability work, we have chosen to prioritize four of the UN’s Global Goals for Sustainable Development: - Gender Equality (Goal 5) - Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10) - Environmental and Climate Action (Goal 12) - Business Ethics (Goal 16)

Gender Equality
Gender equality is crucial for sustainable development and for maintaining our position as one of Sweden's leading law firms. By offering fair conditions and regularly evaluating gender distribution within the organization, we actively work towards a gender-equal workplace where everyone can thrive and develop.

Business Ethics
Responsible and fair institutions are the foundation of sustainable societies. As lawyers, we have a duty to promote justice and human rights, both for our clients and the broader community. We actively combat corruption and unethical practices while supporting charitable organizations through financial contributions and pro bono work.
