How does our recruitment process work?
Curious about how it works when you apply for a position with us? On this page, we walk you through each step of our recruitment process, from application to hiring. Learn more about what it takes to become a part of our team.
1: Application
During our recruitment process, you will be asked to complete two assessments: a personality test and a logical reasoning test. Following this, selected candidates will be invited to at least two interviews, typically held both digitally and in person at our office. These interviews will involve key stakeholders, such as partners or group leaders from the relevant practice area. After the interviews, we may conduct reference checks. If you are selected, you will be offered a position with us.
2: Review, Selection, and Recruitment Assessments
Once we have received your application, it will be carefully reviewed by our recruitment team. We are looking for candidates who align with our values and possess the skills necessary to contribute to Fylgia’s success. To further assess your suitability for the role, some candidates may be invited to complete recruitment assessments. These assessments may include both skill evaluations and personality analyses, providing us with a deeper understanding of your abilities and fit for the role.
3: Interview
For candidates progressing to the next stage, we will initiate an interview process. This may include either a face-to-face interview and/or a digital interview, depending on the position and location.
4: Reference Checking
After the interview, we conduct reference checks to gain further insights into your professional and personal profile. By reaching out to previous employers or academic supervisors, we aim to obtain a well-rounded assessment of your experience and work style, allowing them to provide their perspective on your suitability for the role.
5: Meet Our Recruitment Team
Following the reference check, you will be invited to a meeting with our recruitment team, where you will have the opportunity to meet some of our partners and associate lawyers. This allows you to gain a deeper understanding of our operations and ask any questions you may have about the role and Fylgia as an employer.
6: Job Offer
After our meeting, we will make a decision and, hopefully, offer you a position at Fylgia. We look forward to welcoming you to our team and continuing our journey together.
