Fredrik Winroth är verksam inom företagsförvärv, bolagsrätt, allmän avtalsrätt samt offentlig upphandling. Fredrik arbetar företrädesvis med klienter vars verksamhet är inriktad mot offentlig sektor. Han har omfattande erfarenhet av företagsförvärv samt upprättande och förhandling av kommersiella avtal. Fredrik har bl.a. medverkat i större förvärvsprojekt ämnat att konsolidera marknader, genomfört ett stort antal kvalitetsgranskningar av offentliga anbud och har innehaft ett flertal styrelseuppdrag inom transportbranschen. Från sin tid som chefsjurist samt från sina uppdrag som inhyrd bolagsjurist har Fredrik flerårig erfarenhet av att ge konkreta och affärsorienterade råd till såväl styrelser som linjeorganisationer.
