Under the Swedish Bar Association’s Code of Professional Conduct, we have a duty of loyalty towards our clients, which means that we must always act in their best interests. We are obliged to avoid conflicts of interest and to ensure that we can carry out our assignments without any doubt as to whose interests we represent. Failure to comply with the Code may result in disciplinary measures by the Swedish Bar Association. All advice we provide is subject to our general terms and conditions, as set out below. If you are a consumer and are dissatisfied with our advice, you may refer your complaint to the Swedish Bar Association’s Consumer Disputes Board.
