Accent Equity 2012 L.P. and the minority shareholders have sold all their shares in Bogfelts Holding AB and its subsidiaries to Joakim Bogfelt, the company’s founder and CEO. Bogfelts is a leading full-service provider of installation and maintenance of park and street lighting, with a strong customer base in the Stockholm region.
The founder of Bogfelts Holding was advised by Fylgia partners Mattias Larsson and Johanna Hållén.
