Embracer acquires IUGO

Embracer Group AB, through its wholly owned subsidiary DECA Games, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Canada-based IUGO Mobile Entertainment Inc. (“IUGO”). IUGO is a Canadian mobile Free-to-Play (“FTP”) game developer with longstanding experience from the gaming industry consisting of a sizable team of 86 people.

The founders of IUGO were advised by among others Fylgia’s partner Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A).
