Advokatfirman Fylgia KB, through lawyer Joacim Öhlund, has advised the owners and founders of Liveguide AB in connection with the TV4 Group’s investment in the company.

Liveguide has developed an app that allows users to search for and stay updated on millions of live broadcasts online. The app compiles and presents a personalised guide to live-streamed channels based on the viewer’s individual interests. Among the platforms covered by Liveguide are Ustream, Twitch, YouTube, Hitbox, Viagame, Bambuser, and Azubu.
