Holland & Barrett Sweden AB was declared bankrupt on 11 March 2020. Attorney Johan Norén has been appointed as bankruptcy trustee. The stores will be closed on Thursday. A bankruptcy clearance sale is planned to begin from lunchtime on Friday, 13 March 2020.
During the clearance sale, the following terms apply: an initial general discount of 50% will be offered.
Only card payments are accepted. Cash, gift cards, credit balances, and stamp cards will not be accepted. No exchanges or returns can be made. All goods are sold as-is, and claims due to damaged packaging or similar will not be accepted.
Regarding goods purchased before the bankruptcy: no returns, complaints, or exchanges can be made. Please note that gift cards are not valid as a form of payment under any circumstances. If you hold gift cards, the equivalent amount can be registered as a claim in the bankruptcy estate. Claims can be registered by email to hollandandbarrett@fylgia.se.
