Fylgia has advised Mr Green & Co AB in connection with its listing on AktieTorget (now Spotlight Stock Market). The work was led by Partner Dimitrij Titov, together with lawyers Joacim Öhlund, Ferid Demirel, and law graduate Victoria von Uexküll.

To enable the listing, the process was preceded by a comprehensive restructuring of the Mr Green group structure.

Mr Green & Co AB, through its subsidiaries, owns the Malta-based online casino Mr Green. Since its launch in 2008, Mr Green has shown an annual growth rate of 70 percent. In 2012, its gross gaming revenue amounted to approximately SEK 319 million, with a corresponding figure of SEK 109 million for the first quarter of 2013. Today, Mr Green is one of the fastest-growing companies in its industry, employing around 130 people.
