Jakob Callmander, head of Fylgia’s insolvency and restructuring group, was on 18 October 2024 appointed as administrator for two companies in the co-working group Convendum, namely Convendum Corporation AB and Convendum Stockholm City AB. In addition to Jakob Callmander, the team consisted of Tobias Gårderyd and Nadin Faili. A plan hearing took place at the Stockholm District Court on 26 May 2025, after which the court, following some further written submissions, decided to confirm the restructuring plans for both companies on 9 July 2025.
