Sourcing Network has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest-growing providers of tech talent in the Swedish IT sector. In order to meet the increasing demand for tech consultants, the company has joined forces with Danish firm ProData Consult.

Sourcing Network will continue to operate independently under the leadership of its founders. ProData Consult is acquiring all shares in Sourcing Network, while the founders of Sourcing Network will become shareholders in ProData Consult.

ProData Consult is Denmark’s leading independent consultancy provider, specialising in IT and management consultants, with over 1,300 active consultants. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen and has subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands.

The founders of Sourcing Network were advised by Fylgia partner Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A).
