Fylgia and Mannheimer Swartling were engaged in connection with the sale of Waxholms Hotell. Fylgia assisted the seller, Rothiemay, with the transaction, with the firm’s team comprising lawyers Claes Hagberg and Fredrik Sarman. The buyer, Original Hotels/Original Properties, retained Mannheimer Swartling, where attorney Tomas Johansson and associate Sara Hast worked on the matter.

With this acquisition, Original Hotels will take over the operation of the hotel, while Original Properties will become the new property owner.
