Fylgia continues to grow and is now reinforcing the firm with two new hires. Senior Associate, Marcus Seger joins Fylgia from Magnusson, and Taha Hajiebrahimi joins as an Associate in Fylgia’s Insolvency Group.
Marcus Seger, a specialist in dispute resolution and corporate law, has joined Fylgia as a new Senior Associate, thereby strengthening the firm’s litigation team. Marcus has extensive experience in both national and international arbitration proceedings as well as court litigation, and he also has experience in transactional law, commercial agreements, and capital markets law.

Associate Taha Hajiebrahimi most recently worked at Södertälje District Court and has previous experience at the 'Hyres- och arrendenämnden'. He joins Fylgia’s Insolvency Group, where he primarily works on bankruptcies, liquidations, and restructurings, and will also be part of Fylgia's Real Estate Group.
