Advokatfirman Fylgia welcomes Fredrik Winroth and Markus Garfvé, specialists in transactions and public procurement, to its partnership. This addition brings the average age of Fylgia's partners to 49 years.

– Public procurement is growing, both in volume and complexity. By adding Fredrik and Markus to our team, we enhance our offering as a full-service law firm with specialized expertise in this important and exciting area. Their expertise also strengthens our capacity in transactions, enabling us to better support our clients in strategic acquisitions, profitability, and business benefits, says Anders Aspegren, Managing Partner at Fylgia.

Fredrik Winroth and Markus Garfvé join Fylgia from another law firm. Fredrik also has experience as General Counsel in the transport industry.

– Customer focus is crucial. I believe Fylgia’s approach aligns perfectly with my way of working. We need to act as proactive business advisors with a clear future focus in our industry. Scenario analysis, flexible and customer-oriented workflows, along with effective measurement and valuation methods, are becoming increasingly important, and I find that exciting. I look forward to developing our client offerings with my new colleagues at Fylgia, says Fredrik Winroth.

– Fylgia is a modern firm with an exciting development. The firm is well-prepared for the future with a focus on gender equality and many young partners, which is truly inspiring. The win of ‘Law Firm of the Year’ demonstrates the firm’s strong focus on customer needs, which is very important to me. I hope to contribute to further refining Fylgia's offerings and look forward to collaborating with new colleagues and clients, says Markus Garfvé.

Fredrik Winroth and Markus Garfvé joined Fylgia in May. Markus, who recently became a father, will be fully available after the summer.
