Foryx AB was declared bankrupt on 5 July 2018. The company operated its business from two tenant-owned commercial premises (bostadsrättslokaler) in the association Brf Botkyrka Hantverkshus 2.

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites written bids for the acquisition of both units, which are being sold together and not individually. The premises, each comprising approximately 140 square metres, consist of one industrial unit and one office unit, located at Sadelmakarvägen 11A, Tullinge.

Viewing is available by appointment with the bankruptcy administration.

The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to freely evaluate the bids and to sell the units privately before the deadline without prior notice.
