Fylgia acted as legal advisor to the founders of Björn Lundén AB in connection with Main Capital’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.

Björn Lundén, a Swedish knowledge and software company, is expanding its ownership structure with Main Capital Partners joining as a key shareholder. Since the early 2000s, Björn Lundén has built on its heritage as a knowledge-driven business and now offers a comprehensive suite of modern software solutions for accounting firms and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Swedish market.

The three former owners – Ulf Bokelund Svensson, Henry Arousell, and Christer Stenis – will remain as shareholders following the transaction.

Fylgia’s legal team was led by Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A), with support from Martin Gynnerstedt, Anneli Lönnborg, and Jesper Linder.
