Sileon AB (publ) (formerly Paynova) and its wholly owned subsidiary Nikste Technology AB were declared bankrupt on 11 and 10 February 2026, respectively, by the Stockholm District Court. Attorney Anders Aspegren was appointed as bankruptcy trustee.

The companies’ operations consisted of a fully developed Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) SaaS platform targeting banks, card issuers, and other participants within the financial ecosystem.
