Marell Boats Sweden AB was declared bankrupt on 25 May 2026 by decision of the Stockholm District Court. Attorney-at-law Jakob Callmander at Fylgia has been appointed as trustee in bankruptcy.

The company develops and sells boats in the premium segment to both public and private customers. Manufacturing takes place in Östhammar, north of Stockholm.

The bankruptcy administration is currently investigating the conditions for transferring the business and the assets included in the bankruptcy estate.
