On 23 May 2025, Teteworks AB was declared bankrupt by the Stockholm District Court. Jakob Callmander, a partner at law firm Fylgia, was appointed as bankruptcy trustee. The company has operated under the name Ripe.

Ripe is an AI-powered platform for B2B SaaS companies that analyses CRM and product data in real time to identify high-potential customers and automatically engage them through personalised in-app messaging and email. The goal is to increase conversions, reduce churn, and strengthen customer relationships through data-driven insights and automated workflows.
