Can Employers Require All Staff to Be Vaccinated Against COVID-19?
– An Employment Law Perspective
This webinar will explore whether an employer has the legal right to require all employees in the workplace to be vaccinated against COVID-19, or to request proof of vaccination.
We will discuss what employers can legally demand from their employees in terms of vaccination, and what rights and obligations they have in relation to staff members who are not vaccinated.
Topics will include physical presence requirements at the workplace, vaccination as a condition of employment, customer or client-imposed demands, company events, collecting vaccination data from employees, and possible employment law actions in response to refusal or failure to vaccinate.
