Cake 0 Emission AB in bankruptcy – Bid process open

Cake 0 Emission AB, 559014-2682 ("Cake"), was declared bankrupt on February 1, 2024, and lawyer Jakob Callmander was appointed as the trustee in the bankruptcy.

The Cake group develops, manufactures, markets, and sells electric off-road and street-registered motorcycles, mopeds, and bicycles, as well as spare parts and service, primarily in the premium segment, focusing on Europe, North America, and partner markets in Asia.
