Säbyholm Fastigheter AB was declared bankrupt on 8 September 2026 by decision of the Attunda District Court. Attorney-at-law Jakob Callmander at Fylgia has been appointed as trustee in bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy estate includes the properties Upplands-Bro Säbyholm 5:1, 5:30, 5:31, 5:32, 5:37 and 5:45 in Upplands-Bro Municipality, in close proximity to Lake Mälaren. A new detailed development plan has recently been adopted and has entered into legal force. The area offers opportunities for development for residential and other purposes.
