Fylgia, through Advokat Bo Söder, Advokat Fredrik Winroth, and Associate Jesper Linder, has advised the owners of the SÅCAB Group in the sale of all group companies to Bellman Group AB.

SÅCAB specializes in the provision of vehicles and machinery for all types of excavation and transportation within the construction and civil engineering sectors. The company operates approximately 100 units, including construction machinery and trucks, and also runs a recycling operation for inert (clean) excavation materials south of Stockholm.
