Fylgia acted as legal advisor to Visma in its acquisition of the Draftit Group. Draftit provides cloud-based compliance tools within HR, payroll, GDPR, education, and social care. The company serves over 3,000 clients and has been listed as one of Veckans Affärer's “Super Companies” in eight of the past ten years.
