Fylgia Advises Astor Group on Strategic Acquisition of Scandiflash in Defense Sector Expansion

Advokatfirman Fylgia has advised Scandinavian Astor Group (publ) in the acquisition of all shares in Scandiflash AB.

On August 27, 2024, Scandinavian Astor Group entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Scandiflash with support from Fylgia. Astor Group further strengthens its position in the defense sector through this acquisition of Scandiflash, a leading company in flash X-ray systems for measuring and analyzing fast-moving objects.
